If you want to get to know AARON LEWIS, just listen to The Road. On his first full-length album, the Grammy Award-nominated, multi-platinum singer, songwriter, and guitarist tells one story after another. Echoing traditional country, some of those tales are hilarious and heartwarming, while others are pensive and personal. Nevertheless, they’re all equally powerful, vibrant, and unforgettable. For Lewis, The Road continues to wind and surprise like it always has.

“I just wanted to make an honest record.” So says Dallas Green, otherwise known as City and Colour. He’s not really talking about confessionals (though that might happen, too) but truthfully incarnated music: organic songwriting, natural process and sincere moments captured in the studio. Captured—not manipulated. For his fourth LP, The Hurry and The Harm, Green not only wanted to present an honest album, but an honest version of himself. To do so, he had to leave some things behind, confront others and let the rest simmer.

Kevin Smith takes you on a terrifying journey inside the life and times of his best friend, Bryan Johnson (aka, Beard-Guy from AMC’s COMIC BOOK MEN). Squirm with delight as Big Bry horrifies Kev and the audience with tales of deviltry and debauchery in the Jersey ‘burbs!
To our most beloved hometown fans:
As a band tours as much as we have, a strange thing happens. You find yourself in this sort of rootless, nomadic existence, and your home becomes a hotel room or a bunk in a tour bus, maybe even a futon in a smelly van. You live out of a suitcase and the high point of the week might be a dressing room that has a shower. In the maelstrom that is touring, there are those certain cities that stand out. For us the highlight of any tour is always the St Louis show. That’s when we finally feel like we are home. We look forward to the St Louis date of any tour the way a kid might look forward to Christmas; with anticipation and excitement. There is nothing like a hometown show.
We, the members of Story of the Year, would like to thank the city of St. Louis, MO for over ten years of unwavering love and support. From the amazing folks at 105.7 the Point, to the St Louis Cardinals, to the venues & promoters, to the local bands, to our beautiful fans- we have a fierce loyalty and appreciation for a city that was the first to embrace us and ultimately stick with us through good times and bad. What better way to say THANK YOU than a special blow out show at our favorite venue in the country: THE PAGEANT!
We are going to perform a special, extra long concert, and play every fan favorite from every damn record we’ve put out. We are going to play songs that we haven’t performed in years, or ever. We are going to dance. There will be surprises. People will get pregnant. We are going to play until we throw up. It’s going to be a ridiculous good time.
St Louis, let’s make this a night to remember. And to our many out of town fans, if you find yourself on a road trip to St Louis on June 8th, know that in our eyes you are family as well.
Endless thanks and love,
Story of the Year.

On the eve of Carlile’s 5th major label album release BEAR CREEK and after almost a decade of extensive touring, the trio and self-confessed “road dogs” and “dirty pioneers” are back with a bang. But it’s not record sales, industry accolades or commercial success that make Brandi Carlile a uniquely compelling artist; in fact some would say she has purposely gone out of her way to avoid it, “I would never write commercially or dress commercially or behave in any way that would inspire mainstream success”. It’s tales from the road, where she and the twins have spent the best part of their careers building Carlile’s fan base and audience, whilst remaining under the industry

Anthem
Noun
1. A rousing or uplifting song identified with a particular group, body, or cause.
With arching melodies, epic guitar riffs and rhythms inciting you to put your hands in the air, anthems give us a soundtrack to life’s defining moments. And for HANSON, their sixth studio album ANTHEM marks the beginning of their third decade of making music together.
Over their first 20 years, brothers Isaac, Taylor and Zac Hanson have made their mark. Five years building a fanbase as an independent band led to a meteoric rise with the 1997 international smash single MMMBop from their debut album Middle Of Nowhere. A long line of hits, four more studio albums, multiple Grammy nominations and over 16 million album sales followed. Over their second decade, the band charted their own course running an independent label while maintaining a coveted connection with their global fanbase, and in 2007 they launched a grassroots campaign to support poverty and HIV/AIDS relief in Africa (TakeTheWalk.net).
Set for release in the US in June followed by worldwide release and a coordinated world tour, the bands sixth studio album ANTHEM is an album that celebrates the power of music to ignite passion and bring people together.

Kristian Matsson, aka the Tallest Man on Earth, is a 29-year-old songwriter from Dalarna, Sweden. The first recordings from the Tallest Man on Earth surfaced in 2006 via a self-titled EP released on the Swedish independent label Gravitation. Matsson followed this EP with his 2008 full length, Shallow Grave, an album that drew accolades from the likes of NPR and Pitchfork. Many in North America were introduced to the Tallest Man on Earth on a tour with Bon Iver, including a stop for two shows at the legendary New York City venue Town Hall. The Tallest Man on Earth was winning over audiences through powerful performances, taking the stage alone with his acoustic guitar and captivating the crowds night after night.
